2 Recent Statements from Checking and Savings
Recent Statements from assets, 401K, Stocks, Mutual Funds, etc.
Copy of Settlement Statement from last closing
Recent Statement from current Mortgage holder
Home Owners Insurance, name, phone number, annual premium
Closing papers from last closing, mortgage notes from current loan(s)
Most current tax bill
